I'm not sure it anyone here would be able to help me. I'm new to Pulmonary/Sleep coding. I have a provider that has coded 94772 on a 2 yr old. It has hit an edit that says that there is an age restriction on this code. There is nothing in the CPT book or Encoder and I can't find anything on the CMS website.

Can anyone has any information on this they could share, it would be greatly appreciated...
