How do you code for cath placement for selective catheterization of the right superior, middle and inferior pulmonary veins? And is the S&I 75746?

You have 36015 for the catheter placement, and 75741 - Unilateral Pulmonary Artery. The blood is going away from the heart, so that vessel is an artery. Pulmonary veins bring the blood back from the lungs to the heart.
