Hello~I can not locate a code for dialation/balloon of the left pulmonary vein. 
Pt had a CABG with Cox-Maz IV; along with a evercross 12 x 2 cm balloon which was passed through the stenosed portion the left pulmonary vein and was dilated up to 12mm and kept dilated for 2 minutes. The balloon was further advanced and dilated. The left artiotomy was then closed with bovine pericardial patch.
Would this be part of the Maze procedure? If so would you agree I could use mod 22 for the additional work? I found code 92990 but this is for the pulmonary valve not vein...
