Pump Billing for Non-Chemo
I work for an Oncology office and am in need for a little help. We have a patient that is bringing his own med to be put into a pump to be taken home to have the medications infused over 24+ hours. The medication however is not a J9xxx code, so we are unable to bill 96413. Can anyone please tell me what code can be used for billing a non-chemo drug in a pump, that isn't in an ambulatory setting?
