Hello, does anyone know what CPT code I would use to report a Pupilloplasty, looks like the pupil has contracted and old lens material has obstructed his view. They will be attempting to remove the lens material and then reassessing his vision, if it doesn't improve that's when the Pupilloplasty will come in.
