What will be the correct diagnosis code if provider documents:
PAD (peripheral artery disease) - I73.9, Chronic/stablee PAD (peripheral artery disease) Due to HTN / hyperlipidemia/t2DM. Continue Metoprolol / Amlodipine / Losartan / HCTZ Monitor BP / lipids Keep active! See arterial doppler 8/2019.
Should I code E11.51 and I73.9 or just I73.9.
