PVD with occlusion of innonimate artery

Hello


I Just want to ask if what code will you code for the PVD with occlusion of innonimate artery? Is it 440.21? Will you consider innonimate artery as brachiocephalic artey and consider it as an artery of the upper extremity? Will it be 443.9 and 444.9?
 
Here is a general idea of where the innominate artery is.... http://www.ajnr.org/content/27/7/1541/F3.expansion.html It looks to me that this artery branches off the aortic arch. "Innominate artery disease involves blockages in the artery that supplies blood to the right arm and head and neck." I think if the note does not document claudication, you should consider 440.20. 443.9 seems a good code as well. :)
