Wiki pyschotherapy by MD and group on same day

I bill for an office that does outpt E&M visit with pyschotherapy add on code. The MD then refers pt to attend group with the in office social worker. Insurances are not paying for the pyschotherapy code 90833 and the group 90853 on the same dos. Is there anything I can do to get it paid? The providers are different but the place of service is the same. Sometimes the dx is different but most of the time it is the same.
