I have a locum that we are credentialing due to being long term. For the first 60 days, can we bill this provider under him for the insurances that he is already par with and also bill the insurances that is not par under a provider that is no longer here with q6 modifier? I totally understand that on day 61 the q6 modifier can no longer be used. thanks
