Hello

Can anyone point me to documentation that specifies that if the patient has Neuropathy then the Q7, Q8 OR Q9 is not required?
 
Good morning! This depends completely on the payer and Medicare jurisdiction. For example, JF does not require the Q modifiers for neuropathy but JE does. In most cases, the Q code is only needed for the vascular/arterial diagnoses. You will find documentation under "routine foot care" with your MAC.
