We are looking into this medication to do the arthrocentesis injection of the knee with. the medication name is Hyaluronan Gen Visc850.
can any one tell me the reimbursment from medicare for this. I looked on the physician fee schedule and it does not have any thing
but the company says that is because it is not a J code as of yet.
