Hello all, I have a question regarding QA audits. As a coding abstractor, is it correct to list an error in a QA audit for deferring a chart for 30 days instead of a 7 day referral for a missing signature, but no medical record was listed, just a general statement of incorrect deferral. Is this correct to mark as an error on a QA audit? Thanks so much
