Can someone tell me who is considered a "qualified health care prof". We have
MA's at our office that call pt's for the doctors re:Warfarin mgmt under supervision of the doctor. Are we allowed to charge a 99441 for telephone calls for MA's? Are "qualified health care prof" liscensed"? Thanks
 
Thank you,,So if the doctor is spending his time managing the patient checking labs and such. Then he has the "MA"call the patient and explain labs and or adjusting meds is there anything they can charge for their time and the doctors time? Thanks again
