Good Morning!

I'm looking for something in writing that claifys the 99100 qualifying circumstance of over 70. I called the ASA and their answer was 70 years and 1 day would be over 70 years. However this person is on vacation this week and I need something in writing to show our IT people to set up system calculations correctly.
