The physician injects Healon (J3490) to reduce increased IOP after surgery. Surgery done by another practice and referred for IOP management. By injecting Healon is 66030 correct since J3490 is billed? The physician says product is a normally occurring salt soln and not really a "drug" so he has billed 66020 with J3490. Any info on this topic would be appreciated.
