Wiki Question about billing out Adjacent Tissue Transfer 14040!!! Please help

14040 when I bill it out can I put X3 or do i have to put the code in 3 times? I dont have my AAPC book just the AMA one.

I would not bill them separately at all, but rather combine the sizes of all three and use one code for the combined size, just as you would for any other type of repair.
