Wiki Question about ICD10 exclusions

Hi,

I have a question about the ICD10 type 1 exclusions. Does anybody know why they are not bidirectional? For example: E72 has E70.0 in the excludes. However, if you look up E70.0, it doesn't have E72.- in its excludes. I have seen multiple examples of this, I would really appreciate your help. Thanks!
