Can you do a modifier 25 on 99395? Pt came in for annual exam but then was sick and had flu A & B tests done. Wasn't sure how to code this visit? Thank you

See attached sheet which list the proper application of modifiers. Yes, modifier 25 can be appended to 99395 because it is an E/M.
