Wiki Question on Anetpartum billing

I have a patient that was our patient for her entire pregnancy, and when she delivered her baby, the supervising physician was not present for the delivery. The resident delivered the baby and we can't bill it. (The supervising physician was present for the repair).
My question is, should I bill out each office visit separately, or should I bill out a 59426 to represent the 14 visits she had with us?
