Question on Coding Malignant neoplasm in the colon

What code(s) would you use for a patient with a documentation of a malignant neoplasm of the ascending colon that extends and advances into the cecum.
I can not find any guidance on this. Please share your thoughts
 
i agree with C18.8.

A single neoplasm that overlaps two or more contiguous sites within a three-character category and whose point of origin cannot be determined should be coded to the subcategory .8, "overlapping lesion," unless the combination is specifically indexed elsewhere.
