Hi All, just have a few questions- looking for some feedback. I am not looking for individual coder productivity.

1) Does your pro fee coding dept review 100% of your specialities charges? If not what % do you review ( ballpark)

2) who created the % above in #1 and if you know how did they do that ?

3) do the remaining charges not reviewed by a a coder go straight to bill? b) if a denial comes who works the denial?
