Hi all!
I was hoping someone could help me with this. In my current position I am titled as a surgical coder and coding specialist. Our docctors turn in their own codes. I feel like putting out a resume with a title of Surgical Coder though is sort of misleading since we don't technically code straight from the op notes. (I work for an Orthopedic Practice) I am interested in finding something different and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as what to put as the title if looking for a new position, I'm thinking probably an entry level because since I feel like maybe I'm more charge entry right now? Thanks so much!
