Wiki question re: hysteroscopic D&C with partial myoma resection

My physician's op note reads: "hysteroscopy d&c with myoma resection which was partial secondary to the large size of the myoma".
The pathology report reads:-"Fragments of cytologically bland myometrium, consistent with leiomyoma".
My intention is to bill 58561 but I just want to be sure I don't need to use mod 52 for reduced services since he did remove a portion of the myoma.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
