I have an account that was wondering in particular about the use of a bone marrow harvest code. Here is the exact question: "Could you please help connect us to someone who could elaborate a bit on the appropriateness of CPT 38232 for an ACL reconstruction."

Is 29999 for bone grafting of the tunnels. Is that an appropriate option?

The procedure is an ACL Repair with blood and bone graft being used to “fertilize” the tunnels before seating the tendon.
