Hoping someone can clear the air for me please I understand the use of 90471 as used to indicate administration of a vaccine for people over age 18 Currently we are not using 90472 for the components of the Tdap (diphtheria and pertussis ) I was told we just don't bill admin code for the components on Tdap.
Just wondering if this is correct and why you wouldn't use a 90472 x2
