patient is coming into surgery for a total knee replacement due to worn down cartilage in the knee joint. When the patient was taken to the recovery room, he still continue have post operative pain during recovery. The anesthesiology came in and perform left femoral block, wich provide significat post operative pain relief. What are the correct anesthesia code for this surgery????
 
It would appear from your brief synopsis that you might consider:

64447-59 (single shot femoral nerve block)
You didn't mention the use of ultrasound for placement of the block. If ultrasound was used: 76942-26. Compliant documentation would include a separate block note with an archived ultrasound image.
