Hi,

We are a Pediatric office and We are going to start providing fluoride within our office to help with children preventing cavities; can you please help me with how to code these types of codes: 99188 and D0190 and do I have a modifier that needs to be attached with the claim lines? We will be doing these during their Well Baby exams up to children age 3 yrs. Any insight on these codes would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Angela
