would you consider the 1st diagonal part of the lad?? doc says he did 2 stents:):) i think not

The diagonal does branch off of the LAD. I would have to query the physician on that one. But I believe it would be considered in my opnion.

Look at a good diagram and print it off; the Diagonals do come off the LAD

You can code that second and should. The reimbursement does not reflect in the professional fee, but the SCAI is trying to get the extra work acknowledged at least on the technical/facility side.
