I just have a few questions regarding remote coding jobs. I am looking into possibly working from home down the road and was wondering if the pay is somewhat equivalent and how it all works? Do you generally receive payment by the number of op notes coded? Also do you still receive vacation time, benefits, etc. or this based on the company that you code through? Any insight to this would be amazing! Thanks in advance.
