Is anyone currently billing for Qutenza (J7336)? What application CPT code are you billing? Are you successful with Reimbursment from insurance carriers?
Yes, we have been using 17999 per our MAC’s guidance. We have been having trouble with Healthpartners covering that code though, so I was going to try 64999 just for that payor.Is anyone currently billing for Qutenza (J7336)? Our MAC NGS says “The reimbursement will analog to CPT code 17360”.Does anyone have a comparable CPT code that we can use to establish pricing?
