R and L heart cath and Swan Ganz

Age old question--If we do a diagnostic r and l heart cath with the right heart cath being done to assess pulomnary hypertension, and we leave the swan ganz in for flow directed measurment while on the floor to assess the patient's CHF, should I charge 93526 and 93503?
