A female patient presents to the office with a chief complaint of " not able to get pregnant", she states she has had regular periods and has not had any other complications or symptons. What would the diagnosis be?

Please help?

Reproductive medicine happens to be one of our specialties. V26.21, fertility testing, is a common diagnosis that we use. There are other codes in this range that you might find suitable. Of course there is the 628.X category but we tend to use these once we've determined a cause with testing.
