Hi,

I am trying to get a bit of guidance on r.o.m billing. So can I bill for 4 extremities? And does it require a modifier.? And can I bill an E&M on the same day?

Thank you.

Check the latest NCCI edits. Last I looked, range of motion testing performed at the same time as an E/M visit is considered incidental to the E/M and cannot be overridden with a modifier.
