Tired, sleeping not well. Coughing & post nasal drip. cough of most nights and sweat.
pt had period for 3 weeks.

I have 0nly 1 R.O. S (constitutional). Period can I condiser under GU or it comes under HPI (location)?

HPI: Cough & Nasal drip (location)

Please help with HPI and R.O.S

I would not use post nasal drip as location as the chief complaint does not correlate to that location.
