For a Rad V Audit-Prostatectomy completed 6/30/21, no statement if cancer free in note, no additional cancer treatment or care plan provided, would audit remove cancer diag when claims continues to identify primary diag remains malig neo prostate? Last clinical received was for labs and Urology visit with Malig Neo Prostate as Primary.
