I believe for the radial artery harvest you could use 35500 as long as it was an open harvest.

33533 for the bypass since it was of artery.

I have 35600 for the harvest of upper extremity of an artery and 35500 for the harvest of an upper extremity of a vein. Let me know if I'm understanding this wrong.

I think Julie said the wrong code in error, she meant 35600. So the codes would be 33533 and 35600 (if it was an open artery harvest).
