I'm trying to find someone familiar with the following codes Radiation Codes: 77295TC, 77334TC, 77011TC, 77370TC, 77300TC & 61796. The following codes were bundled by the ins carrier: 77300TC (which we had 3 units on & a 59 modifier) & 77011TC, 77470TC. Does anyone have experience with stereotactic radiosurgey coding. Does this bundling sound correct? Not on NCCI edits?
