Wiki Radiation Oncology and Smoking Cessation

During Audit, I presented a question to a RAD ONC group that asked why they are not billing for smoking cessation for patient's who have smoking related (confirmed) cancer and the provider is doing a separate cessation with time documented. Is there a guideline that says they cannot?
