Hello,

Once a physician has written his clinical treatment plan for radiation therapy, can an E&M visit be billed if the physician sees the patient again before they start treatment? I have heard that once the CTP is written the patient falls under the plan of care and E&M should no longer be billed, including after the 90 day global period after treatment is completed. Trying to find some clarification on this topic.
