Can code 77290 be billed during the cone down for freestanding facilities for IMRT in 2016? There are cci edits for the code 77290 with 77301, but during the cone down the code 77301 is not billed out, but can the Simulation be billed? In 2015 the Simulation code, 77290 was bundled during the initial planning phase, but there seems to be confusion during the cone down. Thank you.
