Can you bill 77290 with 77295? It looks like the description for 77290 has been revised. I looked online and found a few resources that say you can no longer bill these two together. But I cannot find any recent articles.

According to my "verification" program, these two procedures cannot be billed together and there is no modifier override. Sorry, I do not have any articles for you.

The complex simulation cannot be billed on the same date with the 3D plan for any part in creating the 3D plan, this is included in the work of generating the treatment plan. Many of the payor LCDs indicate this and there is an edit which does not allow them to be billed on the same date of service.
