On 77014 for treatment delivery of Tomotherapy, was wondering if anybody knows of regulations that state whether or not this can be billed more than once per day if the patient is on a treatment regimen that is more that once per day and they are several hours apart as in a BID pt.

On 77435 if there are two different prescriptions for two different sites/areas and there are enough treatments on each site to qualify on their own, can the 77435 be billed twice? It is as though they are two completely different plans through treatment but they just happen to be on the same body.

Reference site for physician/coders would be nice! Thanks in advance.
