Doctor requestd cpt/77416 x33. Does that mean my provider can bill for this procedure 33 times even though the code specifies as "greater than 20 MeV" each time?

Have the physician clarify what he meant but that code is for anything over 20 treatment areas which would be for the 33 listed.
