Radical Debridement of soft Tissue & heel bone removal

We need coding help with a staged procedure our provider will be doing. The information given to me is, she will be doing a Radical Debridement of soft tissue and removing part of the heel bone. This will be in a staged procedure. How would this be coded?:confused:
 
For the debridement codes I would choose from 1101X or 1104X. Don't forget to append modifier 58 to show it is a staged procedure. Why is the heel bone being removed? Is it a bone spur or is it a treatment of a fracture? That would make a diffrence in coding that.
