Hi all, sorry to hit this topic again. Here's the thing. My doctor is stubborn and resistant to change. I tell him he needs to include the removal of the gerota's fascia in order to bill for the radical. He states he put in his dictation, "kidney and all surrounding tissue was removed" and that should be good enough. Dose anyone know if this sufficient to qualify for the radical? I personally believe that this is too vague. I would also appreciate any links to data that shows me if he's right or I need to keep sending reports back for correction. I have the article from the AUA but apparently this is not good enough for him.

Thanks again for all your help and opinions.
