Hi, I have a few questions I'd like to ask please.
How many of my pathology colleagues see this type of coding scenario?

If so, how are you billing this type of scenario out?
Radical Nephrectomy with 88307 (SOLO??)
Did you capture the adrenal gland if it was mentioned within the pathology report with 88307? Note: sometimes it is not found or separately identifiable for separate reimbursement.
What about the ureter? During the radical resection - were you provided the length? Do you have internal policies to guide a "moderate margin", "biopsy" from "resection" from this scenario? Also, any lymph nodes found?
We are in a truly busy world, and sometimes the accessioner doesn't know, sometimes it is overlooked by the pathologist (or they don't know its separately billable), sometimes there are policies within your organization that they failed to share with you until you have this type of scenario.
I hope everyone has a fantastic evening,
