is there a cpt code to bill for radiofrequency perforation of atrial septum for left heart access under transesophageal echo guidance?

The patient also underwent a congenital diagnostic heart cath, endomyocardial biopsy and coil occlusion of hepatic tract.

Would it be included in the heart cath?
