Our hospital radiologist's are looking into performing Radio-guided Occult Lesion Localizations of breast lesions (ROLL) but I'm stumped with how to proceed with coding. Since there will be no imaging after the localization I'm looking to CPT code 38792 (injection procedure radioactive tracer for identification of sentinel node) but I'm not 100%. Could someone please help with this? Thanks!
