I just want to make sure what I have understood is right,
Radiological guidance during a procedure is coded with appropriate guidance code.
Radiological observation made immediately before or after a procedure is part of that and not coded separately as a guidance or other radiological codes. (like after a stent placement procedure checking the position of stent, etc )

Thanks and regards :)

NO NEED TO CODE FOR CHECKING THE POSITION OF STENT,GRAFT OR CATHETER ETC. AFTER THE PROCEDURE,IT IS INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROCEDURE.BUT YOU NEED TO CODE PARTICULAR RADIOLOGY GUIDANCE CODES
Eg:- 77001(Fluoroscopic guidance for central venous access device placement, replacement or removal...........)
