The radiology practice provides the radiology tech (who is a qualified health care professional) for fluoroscopy during a dialysis circuit that is performed by a vascular surgeon. How should they bill 76000, 3690X with 52, or something else?

Dr. bills 369xx for the shunt work with using the modifier -26. Radiology will code the same 369xx using the modifier -TC (technical charge) for the shunt.
